  3. Email CONTENT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES to client

  4. Receive & Review Design Input

  5. Phone Consultation to Discuss Design

  6. Submit information to Design Team to Correct Format

  7. Receive and review Initial Layout from Designers

  8. Email client the intial Layout with FEEDBACK & REVISIONS GUIDELINES

  9. Receive & Review Feedback/Revisions

    9a. Revise Layout to Client’s Satisfaction

    9b. Revise Content to Client’s Satisfaction

    9c. Instruct Client on ANY Special Features, i.e. Blog, Event Calendar

  10. Obtain Client’s Final Approval

  11. Management Approval of Invoice

  12. Invoice client, & Thank Him or Her

  13. Receive and Process Payment

  14. GO LIVE!

  15. Email REFERENCE and FEEDBACK Link

  16. Close Out Project
